These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betcuci ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at betcuci.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the betcuci platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, poker, and all promotional offerings.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the betcuci platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betcuci platform. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following notification of such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on betcuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the existence of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. betcuci strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will verify age as part of the KYC process. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Players are responsible for determining the legality of their participation.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of betcuci or any of its subsidiary companies, gaming providers, or software partners — nor a close family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from betcuci or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
6. You must not be under any legal disability or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Provision of false information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

Each eligible player may hold one (1) account only on the betcuci platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. betcuci employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, with any outstanding balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to select a unique username and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. betcuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian address, and valid contact details.
• Notify betcuci promptly of any changes to your registered information via our support channels.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or permit any third party to access your betcuci account.
• Not use another player's account for any purpose.
• Log out fully at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices.

betcuci reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

In compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and our licensing requirements, betcuci is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Players will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence — clearly showing name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that you are the legitimate owner of the deposit payment method used (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account).
• Selfie Verification: In certain cases, a live photograph of the player holding their identity document may be requested.

betcuci aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification early to avoid withdrawal delays. During KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of verification.

betcuci accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times are as displayed on the platform at the time of your transaction.

The current minimum deposit is RM30. betcuci does not impose deposit fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may charge processing fees independently.

Players agree that:

• All deposits must be funded from payment methods owned and operated in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• betcuci accounts may only be funded for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. The use of the platform for financial transactions unrelated to gambling (e.g., currency exchange, money transfers) is prohibited.
• Deposits that trigger fraud detection or that cannot be verified as legitimate may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• betcuci reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out herein. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. The player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
2. The player must not have any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds currently active in their account.
3. The player must not be subject to any account restriction, investigation, or suspension.
4. The withdrawal must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable at the time of the request.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. betcuci processes withdrawal requests in MYR. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers via FPX may take up to 24 hours.

betcuci reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, in accordance with its AML obligations. Players who have claimed bonuses may be subject to maximum cash-out limits as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

betcuci offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all betcuci bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x). Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet: When bonus funds are active in a player's account, a maximum bet per round or spin applies (typically RM25 to RM50). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from claim). Unexpired wagering requirements and associated bonus balances are automatically removed upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Abuse: betcuci reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a promotional error, or acted in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

betcuci's sports betting and casino game rules are as displayed within the platform interface and applicable game help files. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or betting market before placing a wager.

The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. betcuci will not reverse or cancel bets placed in error by the player.
• In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, market results, or game outcomes, betcuci reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Sports betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement rules as determined by the betcuci trading team. Settlement of sports bets follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sports event, betcuci's system logs shall be the definitive record for the purposes of settlement.
• betcuci does not knowingly accept bets from persons with inside knowledge of fixed outcomes. Any bet placed on the basis of inside information is void and may result in account closure.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the betcuci platform:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human player behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to betcuci support immediately.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betcuci staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the betcuci platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to betcuci and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial exploitation, or any other use of betcuci's intellectual property without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betcuci and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity failures beyond betcuci's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal settlement attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss of gaming opportunity, wager, or potential winnings arising from a technical error, provided betcuci takes reasonable corrective action.
• The player's reliance on any information provided on the platform that is subject to change.

betcuci's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betcuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes seriously its obligations to player welfare. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

betcuci provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and marketing communications are ceased.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of the time elapsed during their current session.

betcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Suspected use of automated software or prohibited gambling strategies.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, betcuci will conduct a review of the player's activity. Where account closure is due to a player's own request and no Terms breach is involved, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure.

betcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betcuci will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the betcuci platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betcuci holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through betcuci's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights that may be available to you as a consumer under the laws of your local jurisdiction. Malaysian players are reminded that they are responsible for complying with applicable Malaysian laws regarding online gambling activity.
